Checked on 21 October 2026 on turff.nl and drinkscounter.com. “Not stated” means we couldn't find it on their website, not that it doesn't exist. Other names you may come across, such as Streepn, Bierstreeplijst and Studentenhuislijst, we couldn't check on that day: their websites were unreachable.

Frequently asked questions

What's the best digital tally sheet for a student house?

That depends on what you want. A fixed tablet by the fridge and tracking stock: then Turff suits you, which costs a one-off €99.99 for the tablet. Simply tapping what you take on your own phone, with no account and no costs: then KantineTab in the free FestiDrinkz app suits you.

What does a digital tally sheet cost?

On 21 October 2026: Turff is free for students, but you pay a one-off €99.99 for the tablet and it shows ads. Drinkscounter is free up to 10 members, then from €4.99 a month or €49.99 a year. KantineTab is free, even for big groups.

What's the difference between a tally sheet and KantineTab?

A tally sheet counts marks. KantineTab works with the price of each drink, tracks who paid what and shows who's in credit and who owes. For a team it counts rounds, where one person pays for several people. For a house everyone taps what they take themselves.

Can I track stock too?

Turff and Drinkscounter track stock and purchases. KantineTab doesn't: it tracks who took what and who has to pay what. For most houses and teams that's enough. If you want to know exactly how many crates are left, one of the others suits you better.

Already in a team or club?
You don't need to create anything. Ask a teammate for the share link, then you're in straight away and can see the balance.
