A small beer went from €3.75 (2024) to €3.90 (2025) to €3.95 in 2026: just over one per cent, where the rise the year before was still four per cent. Speciality beer was a different story: IPA and Mannenliefde went from €6.50 to €6.80, almost five per cent. Water went up by ten cents. The pitcher of beer was the only one to go down, from €37.50 to €35.00.
Six people, three days, and everyone drinks something different. At these prices the gap between the heaviest and the lightest drinker quickly reaches tens of euros. If you record who drank what for each round, nobody has to work it out afterwards.

What does a beer cost at Lowlands 2026?
A small beer of 0.2 litres cost €3.95 and a large beer of 0.35 litres €5.95. Last year that was €3.90 and €5.90, so the rise was limited to five cents. That means a small one still didn't quite reach four euros. Speciality beer rose faster: an IPA or Mannenliefde went from €6.50 to €6.80.
What does a pitcher cost at Lowlands?
A pitcher of beer cost €35.00 in 2026 and a pitcher of mojito €37.50. That made the pitcher of beer cheaper than the €37.50 of 2025. Share it between six people and it's about €6 per person. That's similar to a separate speciality beer, but you spend less time in the queue.
Can you pay with cash at Lowlands?
No. Lowlands has been fully cashless since 2025 and the festival tokens are gone. You pay by debit card or contactless. If you only have cash, you can buy a cash card at the exchange office and pay with that. You can also get any remaining balance back there.
Can you order beer in advance for Lowlands?
Yes. Through the Lowlands pre-order you can order beer, wine and snacks for the campsite in advance, which is usually cheaper than on the festival grounds. The pre-order closes a few days before the festival. Bear in mind that a joint order like this is usually paid for by one person, so keep track of who took part.
How much money do you need for drinks at Lowlands?
Visitors who tracked their drinks in FestiDrinkz spent an average of €80.81 per person on drinks at Lowlands 2026 over the whole weekend, over €24 per festival day. Five small beers at €3.95 a day already comes to €19.75; if you drink speciality beer or cocktails, it quickly climbs to €100 or more. Food, camping and travel aren't included here.
How do you split drink costs fairly in a group?
